Yes. It is mandatory to have a DSC.
If place is rented is it mandatory to provide Rent Agreement?
No, it is not mandatory to provide a rent agreement for the purpose of incorporation. As the company is not being registered yet so it will not be valid to have legal document in the name of the company. Only NOC will work for that.
What is the minimum amt. required as capital investment for incorporation?
No such minimum limit now. It can be nominal amount which you would like to invest.
Who issues the company registration certificate?
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) issues all certificates.
